Tips For Storing Spices For Longer Time



1. Ground spices usually emit a foul smell when stored for several days. Sprinkling a little salt before storing them will keep the spices fresh for a longer time.

2. Stir powdered spices like jeera powder, dhania powder and black pepper in low flame. Then cool it down and store them in airtight container to preserve the aroma of these spices.

3. If you wish to store sugar for a long time, then powder it before storing in the container.
